Paya Home Services ("Paya," "we," "us," "our") provides maintenance, repair, landscaping, and unit turnover services for rental properties and mobile home parks in Georgia. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through payahomeservices.com (the "Site"), our online ads and lead forms, and our phone and text line, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. By using the Site or contacting us, you acknowledge this policy.

Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact details: name, phone number, email address, and mailing or property address.
- Property and service details: the type of property you own or manage, number of units, county or location, and the service you are requesting.
- Anything else you choose to include in a message, form, call, or text.

Where it comes from
- Forms on our Site.
- Lead forms on Facebook and Instagram (operated by Meta).
- Calls, texts, and emails to us at 678-707-7089 or ken@payahomeservices.com.

Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site or interact with our ads, we and our advertising and analytics partners may use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies to collect information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring website, the ad you clicked, approximate location, and the date and time of your visit.

How we use information
- To respond to your inquiry, provide quotes, and schedule and perform services.
- To communicate with you by phone, text, and email about your request and our services.
- To operate, maintain, and improve the Site.
- To measure and improve our advertising, which may include showing our ads to people who visited the Site (remarketing).
- To prevent fraud, protect our rights, and comply with legal obligations.

Cookies, analytics, and advertising
- Google Analytics: we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site. Learn how Google uses data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. You can opt out with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
- Google Ads: we may use Google Ads conversion tracking and remarketing, which may use cookies to show our ads on other websites based on your past visits to our Site. You can manage or opt out of personalized Google ads at adssettings.google.com.
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram): we may use the Meta Pixel and Meta lead ads to measure and deliver our ads. Information you submit through a Facebook or Instagram lead form is collected by Meta and shared with us, and is also subject to Meta's Privacy Policy (facebook.com/privacy/policy). You can adjust your ad preferences at facebook.com/adpreferences.
- Other choices: you can opt out of interest-based advertising from many companies at optout.aboutads.info and optout.networkadvertising.org. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings; some parts of the Site may not work properly if you do.
- Do Not Track: some browsers send "Do Not Track" signals. There is no common industry standard for these signals, and the Site does not currently respond to them.

How we share information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share information only as follows:
- Service providers that help us run our business, such as website hosting, phone and text messaging, email, and scheduling providers. They may use the information only to provide services to us.
- Advertising and analytics partners (Google and Meta) as described above.
- Legal and safety: when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Paya, our customers, or others.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, sale, or transfer of all or part of our business, subject to this policy.
- With your consent or at your direction.

Text messages (SMS)
- If you provide your mobile number and agree to receive texts, Paya Home Services may send you text messages about your inquiry, quotes, appointments, and service updates. If you separately agree, we may also send occasional promotional messages. We will not send marketing texts or use automated dialing or prerecorded calls for marketing without your prior express written consent.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP at any time to opt out; we will send one confirmation message and no further texts. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at 678-707-7089 or ken@payahomeservices.com.
- Consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying any goods or services.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that help us deliver messages.
- You may also ask us at any time to stop calling you, and we will honor that request.

Email
If we send you marketing emails, each will identify Paya Home Services, include our physical mailing address, and include a way to unsubscribe. We will honor unsubscribe requests within 10 business days. We may still send you messages related to services you have requested.

How long we keep information
We keep personal information only as long as reasonably needed to respond to you, provide services, maintain business, tax, and legal records, and resolve disputes. We then delete or de-identify it.

Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach of security involving your personal information occurs, we will notify affected individuals as required by applicable law, including Georgia's data breach notification law (O.C.G.A. § 10-1-910 et seq.).

Your choices and rights
- You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by contacting us below. We may need to verify your identity, and we may keep certain information when required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
- You may opt out of texts (reply STOP), calls (tell us), and marketing emails (use the unsubscribe link) at any time.
- Georgia does not currently have a comprehensive consumer privacy law. If you live in a state that gives you additional privacy rights, please contact us and we will respond in accordance with applicable law.

Children's privacy
The Site and our services are intended for adult property owners and managers. They are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Links to other sites
The Site may link to websites we do not control, such as Facebook and Google. We are not responsible for their privacy practices; please review their policies.

Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page with a new effective date. If we make material changes to how we use information we already collected, we will provide notice as required by law.
